Developed in the early 20th century at the legendary King Ranch in Texas, Santa Gertrudis was the first beef breed recognized in the United States — a cross of Brahman and Shorthorn that pairs exceptional heat and parasite resistance with outstanding beef quality.
That combination is exactly why we chose them for North Carolina: they thrive through humid Carolina summers that stress other breeds, while their Shorthorn genetics deliver the deep marbling and rich flavor our customers come back for.

Every animal on this farm is born here, tagged here, and raised here — no sale-barn unknowns, no shortcuts.
Calves are born and raised on our own pastures, from mothers we've known their whole lives. Every animal is ear-tagged with full records from birth.
Cattle graze open grass pasture supplemented with all-natural feed. No antibiotics, no added hormones — just patience and good grass.
Animals are finished here and processed at a trusted local NC facility, cut to your specification on your cut sheet.
Breeding stock for sale year-round, and beef shares by reservation.
