Quick check — will it fit?
You pay a set price per pound of the animal's live weight, multiplied by your share (whole, half, or quarter), plus the processor's cutting fee on hanging weight. After processing we confirm the exact total from the actual weights — you only ever pay for what the animal really weighed. Use the calculator to estimate.
Your deposit holds your share. We call to confirm your estimate, processing date, and cut sheet. After processing, the balance is settled from the actual hanging weight — any difference from the estimate is charged or refunded.
We offer whole, half, and quarter shares. Quarters are a balanced split — you get a representative mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.
A deposit reserves your share. The remaining balance is due after processing, when the final weight (and exact price) is known.
Yes — every share includes a custom cut sheet: steak thickness, roast sizes, ground-beef pack sizes, specialty items, and packaging. See Build your cut sheet.
Half of everything the animal yields: ribeyes, NY strip, T-bones, tenderloin, sirloin, roasts, brisket, short ribs, flank and skirt, plus plenty of ground beef. The cut guide maps it all.
Your choice of vacuum-sealed (best for long freezer life) or traditional butcher paper. Everything is labeled, flash-frozen, and freezer-ready.
Vacuum-sealed beef keeps excellent quality for 12 months or more in a deep freezer. Butcher paper is best used within 6–9 months.
Roughly one cubic foot per 20–25 lbs of packaged beef. A quarter fits most standard fridge-freezers; a half or whole calls for a chest freezer.
